About this website

This site describes the services offered at Dentrax. The information on it is general and is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an examination. Nothing here should be relied on in place of professional advice.

Appointments

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our care team will contact you to agree a time. An appointment is confirmed only once we have spoken to you.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Repeated missed appointments without notice may incur a fee, which will always be explained to you in advance.

Treatment and consent

Every treatment plan is explained, itemised and priced before it begins, and your written consent is taken for anything beyond a routine examination. You may decline or pause any part of a plan at any time.

Fees and payment

Fees quoted in a written plan are held for ninety days. Where an insurer is billed directly, any shortfall between the insurer settlement and the agreed fee remains payable by the patient.

The text, photography and design of this site belong to Dentrax and may not be reproduced without permission. We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
