What we collect

When you book through this website we collect the name, phone number, preferred appointment time, treatment area and any message you choose to send us. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.

Your clinical records are separate from this website and are held in the practice management system used inside the clinic.

How we use it

Booking details are used to contact you, confirm an appointment time and prepare for your visit. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a marketing profile.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used for that and nothing else, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to treatment are retained for the period required by French medical record-keeping regulations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor analytics. No tracking cookies are set, no cross-site identifier is created, and no data is passed to advertising networks.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased where we are not legally required to keep it. We respond to requests within thirty days.
