Alexander founded Dentrax after fifteen years in hospital restorative practice, with the specific intention of building a clinic where complex work could be done slowly and properly.

He takes the full-mouth rehabilitation cases and the reconstructions that other practices have declined, and he still does the first consultation for every one of them himself.
