Overcrowded Teeth
Space created carefully, then held with precision.

Crowding is a space problem before it is an alignment problem. We measure the arch first and decide honestly whether the space can be created, or whether something has to come out.
What we look for
- Teeth rotated to fit the arch
- A canine sitting high in the gum
- Floss that shreds between contacts
- Persistent bleeding in one crowded area
How we treat it
- 01
Arch measurement and a space analysis before any appliance.
- 02
Interproximal reduction or expansion where the arch allows it.
- 03
Aligner or fixed treatment, then long-term retention.
